Sorry I have been AWOL don't really have an excuse. I'm just naughty I guess.
CSOM: Like I'm drowning. Quietly free-falling but nobody has noticed. Maybe I'm too much like a duck.
Hope your allergies get better soon.

I was given Taylor Swifts' 1989 album for my birthday. It has been giving me the strangest dreams, It's been narrating this story in my head. And I so want it to end positively but I don't think it can.I hate thinking about tragedies. Normally if I dream about them I can always put a happy ending to them. But I can't see a way that they would work out as a couple. And it's killing me. It's actually giving the physical ache feeling around my heart that I only get when watching sad films, or reading sad books. Doesn't help that it is putting me in the mood to watch sad films. Strangely most of my really sad films are French. Maybe its the combination of acting and reading subtitles. And that they all have Kristin Scott Thomas in who is just pure poetry in motion. On a brighter note do you agree that love is like an onion? When you read it in Carol Ann Duffy's poem it seem so obvious to think it. Carol Ann Duffy - ValentineAnybody got any happy uplifting music I should youtube?

Sneakily popping on at work to say hi Pink! Nice to see you posting again! That story sounds intense. Maybe you should write it down. The story may surprise you anyway. Love Carol Ann Duffy's poetry. Studied it at school over five years ago and it stuck with me. She has such a way with language. CSOM: Happy. Some days I enjoy my job (despite popping onto a forum )

I did her poetry at school too and that was 11/12 years ago now! I loved Education for Leisure, I seem to remember the class all liked it which for poetry is strange, but of course they went and banned it from the curriculum because someone complained that promoting a 'murderous' poem was wrong. Of course they still Salome and Havisham and they are kind of just as bad. It was modern and funky, and made you realise it didn't all need to be sonnets, and stiffness, and they let you read something with swear. I actually remember random parts from her poems still. Normally only the first line or two.
Hope you are having fun at work.

Yeah looks like they removed that just before I studied it. Stupid censorship. But you're right, I remember it engaged the whole class too (and I was near the bottom set after an encounter with an evil English teacher so that was a challenge!).
Work was good but glad to come home at the end of the day.

Just watched the movie the sessions. Not really sure how to describe it. It's just one of those movies who should probably watch to believe.

Isn't strange what people do sometimes. One minute I'm looking houses to buy in the local area, and then a mere hour or two later I'm looking for jobs in London which is 4 hours train away.
But who am I kidding. I'm 27 years old. I'm too old to move hundreds of miles away with no idea if I will ever get a job there and give up a job (I hate) to do so. But then again life can't be any worse there than it is here, and for the last six years I have been thinking about moving there on and off and have never done anything about it. Besides if I lived in London I would probably bankrupt myself going to the theatre.

Pink, I think if the right job becomes available in London then you should go for it. At least apply and see what happens. Living in London is too expensive and IMO not worth it but some of the commuter towns are cheaper. Just my opinion. Also I live not far from London so we might be able to meet up. Not that I'm being selfish at all in this. Oh nope! CSOM: Disorganised. I should be editing my novel. Instead I'm planning a whole new series *headdesk*

Feeling forlorn.
But I have to take the dog for a walk so hopefully that will sort me out.
Also excited. It's nice to know that less than 20 miles away is Tom Hiddleston filming a tv series. Shame the buses finish too early for me to go after work to see if I can catch a glimpse, and I doubt they work on the weekend.
