This is for Sims 2.
Simply a soccer stadium for universities.
This is something I created for the purpose of storytelling.
So it is not exactly made for playing, more than aesthetic purposes.
It is built as a residential lot.
To change it to a community lot, delete the trash can and mailbox,
enter this code in the cheat menu (without the parentheses) "changelotzoning community"
Save and exit to neighborhood, go back in, and it should be a community lot.
If you need more help, Google it.
You may do what you wish with it, remodel, redecorate, etc.
Just don't claim it as your own, because not cool, dude.
I have the Ultimate Collection.
I know that I used several University and IKEA items.
