I, forever, have loved Ulker18's chest area for shapely girls, but I didn't really care for the bottom half of it. So I decided to cut and paste it with pinketamine's pencil skirt and Senate's strappy heels. And WALA! New mesh! It comes in three designs.
Mesh, of course by me, is included.
