So I may have managed to female to male convert this hair.
Why not share it with all of you?
This by no means makes me an expert.
I'm still not sure how I did it.
I also did not manage to get toddler or child to show up.
So it is only teen through elder.
I did however set the textures for toddler and child.
So if anyone is interesting in fixing the mesh,
they should show up in my retextures.
Mesh included. Hair is binned.
