With Cassandra married and Alexander off to college, Mortimer Goth has invited his girlfriend, Dina Caliente to move in.
She immediately hates the interior and exterior design of the Goth manor and plans to renovate immediately.
It must meet her standards! Let the remodel begin!
Floorplan: For reference this is the Sims 2 house.
Designer Requirements:
Dina has expensive taste.
She prefers a sophisticated look with a modern flare, clean and minimal designs with neutral colors.
And, of course, a splash of gold.
Her interests include: fashion, weather, money, environment, and sci-fi (something she shares in common with Mortimer).
With the children moved out, she wants to transform their rooms into a sewing room and to give Mortimer the at home study/lab he's always wanted.
Architecture Rules:
Doors, stairs, and windows must stay as shown on the floorplan.
You may not add or remove walls, exception Sims 2 for THIS.
Substituting walls for fencing or half walls is allowed, as well as adding additional fencing or half walls.
For Sims 4, levels must be the same height.
Picture Rules:
Up to 50 pictures + 1 additional for overhead shot.
Post one picture in the thread and link to an album.
Maximum size: 800 (width) x 600 (height).
Allowed: minor picture editing, such as: cropping, blurring, and reshade/filters.
Not allowed: photoshopping to add or remove items, or distort image, or use renders in Blender or other 3D model programs.
How to add pictures to the forum.
