Always been a problem for me with all my high school seniors graduating.
They have their robs because of the AMAZING mia86
But no graduation cap.
So I thought to my little self and decided to take a look into accessories.
It took me awhile to figure it out in SimPE, but glad I did.
I made the tassel shorter than the original.
It should be for teen through elder and both genders.
It only comes in black unfortunately.

Clips through most custom hairs.
Stays height for adults, so as a teen it floats a little high.
